NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the preliminary budget of the Town of Gardiner for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2025, has been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk at Gardiner, where it is available for inspection Monday through Friday 9:00AM-3:00PM or by appointment.
FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Gardiner will meet and review said preliminary budget and hold a Public Hearing at the Gardiner Town Hall 2340 Route 44-55 at 7:05PM on the 7th day of November, 2024 and that at such time any person may be heard in favor or against any item or items of the budget.
Budgets for special districts will be reviewed at said public hearing including Gardiner Fire, Shawangunk Fire, Gardiner Light and Gardiner Sewer District #1.
Pursuant to Section 113 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following Town Officials are hereby specified as follows:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Gardiner on October 1, 2024 at 7:15 P.M. local time at the Town Hall, 2340 State Route 44/55, Gardiner, New York 12525 for the proposed Local Law entitled “Amending Chapter 220 of the Town of Gardiner Code Regarding the Shawangunk Ridge Protection District” and to hear all interested persons regarding the proposed local law.

Town Board Meetings are held the first and second Tuesdays of each month at 7pm. Special Meetings of the Town Board are scheduled as necessary throughout the year and will be publically posted.
In July and August, the Town Board meets only on the second Tuesday of the month; and in November, the first meeting is on the first Thursday (instead of Tuesday, which is election day).
Town Board Meeting Minutes are approved no earlier than the following month after each meeting. Approved Minutes and recordings (as a courtesy) are posted on the town website here.
