The Community Preservation Advisory Board meets every second Monday of the month at 5pm.

NOTICE TO TOWN OF GARDINER LANDOWNERS:

In 2022, voters in the Town of Gardiner approved the adoption of a Community Preservation Fund for the protection of open space in the Town. Gardiner has established an all-volunteer Community Preservation Advisory Board to evaluate properties against the water resources, animal habitat, connected forest, agricultural and scenic criteria scored in the Community Preservation Plan.

The Board wants to speak with landowners in Gardiner who are interested in conserving their properties, or learning more about the program.  If you would like to speak with us, please fill out the questionnaire that is linked below.
